Justin Knudsen

Justin is the President of Millstone Insurance Group with 17 years of experience in the insurance industry across various roles. He holds a Business Finance degree from the University of Utah and has continued his education earning multiple insurance industry certifications. Beyond his professional career, Justin is married to the love of his life and a proud father of four. He enjoys the outdoors, including skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, golf, and traveling, and loves coaching his children's sports teams.

Shane Baldwin

Shane is the Producing Partner of Millstone Insurance Group with 9 years of experience in the insurance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah State University. He's expanded his insurance knowledge by obtaining a PLCS certificate, while constantly keeping his fingers on the pulse of the insurance industry. Shane is married to an amazing woman and has 3 beautiful children. He loves all outdoor activities, but his favorite activities are boating, camping, backpacking, golf, basketball, and shooting.

Latham Jeppson

Latham grew up in Draper, Utah, and majored in Economics at Brigham Young University before joining Millstone Insurance Group. He enjoys working with clients and being part of the Millstone team. Outside of his career, Latham loves spending time with his wife and daughter, playing soccer, exploring the outdoors, and sharing laughter with loved ones.

Bethany Simmons

Bethany works as a producer and an account executive representative for our office. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and is excited to have embarked on a fulfilling career in the insurance industry, where she is looking forward to continued growth and success. Bethany is happily married to her high school sweetheart of 22 years, and together, they have three amazing children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and reading, always seeking new adventures and experiences.

Jessie Gasu-Adams

Jessie is a Personal and Commercial Lines Account Manager at Millstone Insurance Group. She brings years of experience in team management and customer care, along with several years of experience in commercial lines before transitioning into personal insurance when she joined Millstone. Jessie enjoys being part of the Millstone team and focuses on helping clients find coverage that fits their needs while making the process easy. Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time and going on adventures with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys gaming, reading, and watching a good sci-fi or fantasy series.

Stephanie is an account executive representative at Millstone Insurance, constantly expanding her knowledge of the insurance industry. A proud graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree and the University of Phoenix with a Master's degree, she combines her academic background with hands-on experience to provide exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Stephanie is married to her wonderful husband of 12 years and a mother to three amazing children. She enjoys staying active through cycling, hiking, and boating, and loves spending quality time with her family. A passionate baker and traveler, she seeks new adventures and experiences, always exploring the world around her.
